Desmond Tremaine Mason (born October 11 1977 in Waxahachie, Texas) is an NBA basketball player currently swimming for the Milwaukee Bucks. He is intended as a swingman, meaning he plays both shooting guard and small forward.

He was drafted away from Oklahoma State University by the Seattle SuperSonics with the Seventeenth pick of the 2000 NBA Draft. Within 2003 he was traded, along with Gary Payton, to the Bucks for Ray Allen and Ronald "Flip" Murray.

Inside 2001, he became a number one Sonics streaming video player around franchise history to win the NBA.com Slam Dunk Contest.

Additionally to his skills on the court, he is an accomplished painter.
